I guess once something is built and exists, someone will alway want to
make use of it. I personally hope said station actually attracts riders
to use PATCO.

I note however that the article below indicates there is no date certain
for re-opening.

I will use that station. I commute to Philly from Pennsauken daily. I
usually drive, but on days when the weather's nice and I have extra
time, I will take PATCO from the Collingswood station to 8th & Market
with my bike and then ride the remaining three miles to my office
instead of taking the subway. When the Franklin Square Station opens, I
will gladly use it instead of 8th & Market.
